I make every effort to keep the pricing information on my web site current.
However, because pages on my web site may be stored in cache on your computer or on proxy or Internet relay servers, old pages may remain visible to you for a period of time even after I've updated them on my server.
Therefore, prices provided on my website are for informational purposes only, and I reserve the right to change them without notice at any time. *Note: once we sign a contract, the price is fixed. |

Placing an Order
At this point, send me an e-mail noting what you want, I shall then prepare a detailed contract/invoice, including full cost, and e-mail/fax it to you. Upon your approval and my receipt of monies, I shall either start the project or send out the ordered items. |

Timelines for Custom Graphite Art Work
This is definitely not McArt. There will be a good deal of planning on both our parts; this process takes time. Give yourself plenty of leeway to order well in advance, of the date you need the Portrait for.
I can usually tell you whether or not I can meet the deadline up front.
In the very rare instances that the Portrait can not be completed and delivered by the due date, I can arrange to forward you a custom Certificate, complete with a photo of the project thus far, and other pertinent details. If need be you could help me with the requirements (wording) of the Certificate to be presented in lieu of the Portrait, until such time as the Portrait is complete. |

I also have Gift Certificates available, if there isn't enough time, if you don't have access to photos of your gift recipient or if looking for photos would ruin the surprise. Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year from date of Issue. Gift Certificates have no cash value which means they are non-refundable. Gift Certificates are numbered and therefore transferable, but the same date of issue applies. Please inform me who will be using the Gift Certificate, and the number, upon your initial contact with me. |

A last Word about Timings |

Timelines may also be affected by my current workload. As with all businesses, Paying & Attentive customers will receive priority. I can let you know what your ranking number is at the time of the signing of the Contract. You can reserve your ranking in the projects I am working on, or if you haven't located all your photos yet, on my waiting list. Notify me once you are ready to start the drawing process, and I will advise you of your Ranking. To reserve your place in line, send CAD $100 with your initial request. This amount would be deducted from the balance of the payment due. |

Payment for Custom Design Graphite Artwork
My portraits are highly detailed and an enormous amount of work is required to complete each one. Due to the amount of work involved in creating your portrait, I require a 50 % deposit, at the time of signing the Contract,
when both parties have agreed upon price & project details.( - S & H).
This deposit is non-refundable, after you approve the e-photo (jpg) of the preliminary sketch.
Remaining balance* + S & H, required upon approval of the final drawing e-photo, prior to shipping.
*If an initial $100 reserved your place, it would be deducted from this Balance. |

All Artwork is to be paid prior to Shipping, and the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping & handling.
Although I try to send all Artwork to you in the one parcel, sometimes this is not possible, due to volume or varying sizes of Artwork. The S & H of each Artwork parcel will be noted as a separate price within the confirmed amount. Unless otherwise specified, all artwork will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube, or structured envelope via Canada Post, Registered and Insured.
You will be notified with a Canada Post tracking number, when the item is sent. |

At this point, in an effort to lower costs for you, I accept payment as a certified checque, money order or through PayPal, or on-line banking (send via e-mail), for all artwork.
Please contact me for price verification, and payment method, prior to forwarding a payment. Once you place an order or we agree on the project, I will send you a detailed contract/invoice with the final price. Thank-you. |
